Support what matters most to you
Every contribution is thoughtfully stewarded.
Your gift to the Broomfield Community Foundation helps create meaningful change in our community—whether you’re supporting local nonprofits, addressing critical needs, or honoring a loved one’s legacy. Giving through the Foundation is flexible:
- You can donate to an existing fund
- Support a broad program area that addresses a specific community issue
- Or make a gift that supports the area of greatest need
Every contribution is thoughtfully stewarded and used exactly as you direct. As a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 84-1246756), your donations are often fully tax-deductible. Interested in donating to an existing scholarship instead of a fund? View all scholarships .

Start a fund of your own
If your family is committed to long-term philanthropic giving, the Foundation would be honored to help you create a family fund that reflects your values and legacy—whether you’re passionate about education, mental health, the arts, or another cause close to your heart. Through Donor Advised Funds and Special Purpose Funds, families can:
- Recommend grants over time to nonprofits they care about
- Engage multiple generations in shared giving
- Create a legacy of generosity that grows over time
“Our local Foundation is an excellent source to support and connect with nonprofits that are doing critical work in the community we call home.”
Jade and Jorin Bale, Donor Advised Fund holders
